Náplní veřejné zakázky je realizace energeticky úsporných opatření v objektech zadavatele metodou EPC. Jedná se o komplexní veřejnou zakázku zahrnující přípravu včetně projektové, realizaci/výstavbu navržených opatření a následné dlouhodobé sledování a vyhodnocování výsledků realizovaných energeticky úsporných opatření (po dobu dle SES, v případě Města Kuřim nejméně 15 let), přičemž dodavatel, se kterým bude uzavřena Smlouva, poskytne zadavateli smluvní záruky/garanci za dosažení smluvně stanovených úspor nákladů na energii a za dosažení očekávaných ekonomických přínosů projektu. Dodavatel sám navrhne konkrétní energeticky úsporná opatření a zahrne je do projektu EPC, který následně v objektu (objektech) zrealizuje. Součástí tohoto projektu musí být také realizace tzv. povinných opatření specifikovaných v čl. 2.6 Základního dokumentu zadávací dokumentace (dále také „ZD“).Navržená energeticky úsporná opatření zahrnou dle předpokladů zadavatele.
