Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je zajištění dalšího rozvoje e-shopu „Brno iD“ a jeho funkcionalit, mezi které zejména patří následující plnění: - udržování funkčnosti e-shopu a řešení chyb a výpadků služeb e-shopu: provoz funkcí e-shopu a prodeje služeb přes e-shop, zajištění provozu prodejních a dalších navázaných aplikací, zajištění provozu administrativních rozhraní a zajištění provozních i rozvojových úprav celého řešení, - menší SW úpravy, údržba a aktualizace stávajícího řešení (Prestashop, PHP i Java serveru, Jquery, Android a React Native aplikací), - vývoj nových SW funkcionalit do serverů a aplikací, - vývoj zcela nových SW aplikací, - udržování a aktualizace integrace SW na externí systémy či doplňování nových SW integrací, - doplňování a úpravy vizuálního vzhledu webových řešení i SW aplikací, - a další funkcionality dle požadavků zadavatele. Brno iD je e-shop městských služeb, jehož provoz zajišťuje zadavatel. Byl spuštěn v roce 2016 a je v provozu 365 dní ročně, 24 hodin denně, 7 dní v týdnu. V nabídce integruje vybrané služby magistrátu města Brna, městských společností a příspěvkových organizací města Brna. Jeho roční obrat je více než 1,2 miliardy Kč.
