Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je zajištění komplexních služeb datové konektivity pro Ministerstvo zemědělství (MZe) a jeho organizační složky, dislokovaná pracoviště a přidružené lokality, poskytovaných formou smluvních datových linek a souvisejících služeb elektronických komunikací. V rámci plnění veřejné zakázky bude zajištěna primární a sekundární datová konektivita jednotlivých lokalit MZe, bezpečné, stabilní a kvalitativně garantované propojení pracovišť a centrálních uzlů, jakož i připojení jednotlivých lokalit k síťové infrastruktuře MZe a na ni navazujícím ICT službám. Poskytovaná konektivita musí svými parametry odpovídat požadavkům na dostupnost a spolehlivost služeb veřejné správy. Součástí plnění je dále poskytování technické a provozní podpory, monitoringu, zajištění smluvně garantované úrovně služeb (SLA), odstraňování incidentů a související provozní činnosti v rozsahu stanoveném zadavatelem.
