Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky spočívá zejména v / ve - vydávání různých druhů certifikátů ve smyslu nařízení eIDAS (dále společně též jen jako „certifikáty“), - dodávání kvalifikovaných prostředků ve smyslu nařízení eIDAS, - dodávka SW řešení umožňujícího kontrolu a správu vydaných certifikátů, - součinnost při zpracování návodů a postupů směřujících k vydání a instalaci certifikátů. Bližší specifikace předmětu plnění této veřejné zakázky je uvedena v příloze B Zadávací dokumentace (dále jen „Smlouva“), a dále v příloze č. 2 Smlouvy – Funkční a technické požadavky. Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky bude poskytován pro následující subjekty v rámci rezortu práce a sociálních věcí: - MPSV, - Úřad práce České republiky, a - Českou správu sociálního zabezpečení. Účelem této veřejné zakázky je poskytování služeb vedoucí k naplnění nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady č. 910/2014 o elektronické identifikaci a službách vytvářejících důvěru pro elektronické transakce na vnitřním trhu ve znění nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2024/1183 ze dne 11. dubna 2024, kterým se mění nařízení (EU) č. 910/2014, pokud jde o zřízení evropského rámce pro digitální identitu (dále jen „nařízení eIDAS“).
