Předmětem zakázky je zajištění služby akceptace elektronických plateb jízdného bankovními platebními kartami, a to s využitím stávajících technických prostředků ve vlastnictví zadavatele a smluvních dopravců ODIS, k jejichž využití je zadavatel na základě smluvního vztahu. Dodavatel tento požadavek jako integrátor a tvůrce SW systému s využitím služeb své partnerské banky (tj. institucí s příslušným oprávněním poskytovat na území České republiky bankovní služby) zprostředkuje a na vlastní náklady v rozsahu sjednaném smlouvou zajistí implementaci funkcí plateb jízdného bankovními platebními kartami do systému, zajistí s bankou dostatečně pro tento účel způsobilou službu zúčtování plateb jízdného hrazeného bankovními platebními kartami a zajistit poukazování těchto plateb od cestujících bankou na účet, který bude u banky zřízen zadavateli. Tento zřízený účet bude bezplatný, tzn. nebudou zadavateli za jeho použití ve vztahu k předmětu zakázky účtovány jakékoli poplatky.
