Výkon pracovnej zdravotnej služby, poskytovaný v súlade so zákonom NR SR č. 355/2007 Z. z. o ochrane podpore a rozvoji verejného zdravia v znení neskorších predpisov a vyhláškou MZ SR č. 208/2014 Z. z. o podrobnostiach o rozsahu a náplni výkonu pracovnej zdravotnej služby, o zložení tímu odborníkov, ktorí ju vykonávajú, a o požiadavkách na ich odbornú spôsobilosť. Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky vrátane technických špecifikácií tvorí prílohu súťažných podkladov - „Technická špecifikácia“.
