Original language: skPredmetom zákazky je zabezpečenie kontinuálnej a odborne garantovanej technickej podpory, prevádzkovej údržby a správy systému Digitalizačný workflow ProArc a všetkých jeho modulov a komponentov, ktoré slúžia na spracovanie, evidenciu, kontrolu kvality a dlhodobé uchovávanie digitalizovaného obsahu, za účelom zabezpečiť plnú funkčnosť, stabilitu a bezpečnosť systému vrátane jeho integračných väzieb, používateľských rozhraní a podporných procesov pre prácu s digitálnymi objektmi (ďalej len ,,servisné služby“ alebo ,,služby“), pričom servisovaný softvér a obsah servisných služieb sú špecifikované v Prílohe č. 1 návrhu zmluvy, ktorá je jej neoddeliteľnou súčasťou, týchto Súťažných podkladov a sú samostatnou prílohou k uvedenému predmetu zákazky. Poskytovateľ sa zaväzuje servisné služby poskytovať priebežne počas celej doby platnosti a účinnosti zmluvy formou pravidelne vykonávaných činností za účelom zabezpečenia kontinuálnej podpory prevádzky servisovaných zariadení objednávateľa (v režime 24x7). Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky, vrátane vypracovaných požiadaviek verejného obstarávateľa na predmet zákazky, tvorí časť B. Opis predmetu zákazky Súťažných podkladov a časť D. Obchodné podmienky poskytnutia predmetu zákazky Súťažných podkladov, ktoré sú samostatnou prílohou Súťažných podkladov.
