V okviru javnega naročila je predvidena ureditev prezračevalnega sistema v objektu Večnamenski center Kozje, Kozje 132, Kozje, ter vgradnja centralnega nadzornega sistema (CNS). Nov sistem je zasnovan kot centralni prezračevalni sistem z vračanjem toplote, filtracijo, vlaženjem zraka in poletnim hlajenjem preko toplotne črpalke. Hladilna in ogrevalna energija za sistem se zagotavlja preko toplotne črpalke zrak/voda. Distribucija zraka v objektu se izvaja preko pravokotnih in okroglih pločevinastih kanalov, v športni dvorani pa je za dovod zraka predviden tudi tekstilni distribucijski sistem.
