Sistem je predviden za vzporedno obratovanje z javnim električnim omrežjem lokalnega distributerja Elektro Celje d.d.. Skupna moč inštaliranih fotonapetostnih modulov mora biti vsaj 56 kW, pri čemer morajo biti moduli povezani na dva razsmernika, s svojo nazivno močjo 2 x 33 kW. Dejanska vršna moč elektrarne je omejena in v nobenem primeru ne presega 70 kW, saj je tako določeno v soglasju za priključitev Elektra Celje d.d.. Osnova za izdelavo ponudbe je načrt za izvedbo MFE – ČN Škofja vas, PZI načrt št. 2024/0279, julij 2025, ki ga je izdelalo podjetje SOL-NAVITAS d.o.o..
