Original language: GermanGegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Vergabe von Einkaufsdienstleistungen im Bereich der Verbrauchs- und Investitionsgüter sowie Pharmazieprodukte (Arzneimittel und Zytostatika) von Krankenhäusern einschließlich damit verbundener Beratungsleistungen. Weitere Informationen sind der Leistungsbeschreibung zu entnehmen. Ziel ist es, unter Berücksichtigung des Einkaufsvolumens bei Verbrauchsgüter, Investitionsgüter, Dienstleistungen und Pharmazieprodukten wirtschaftlich einzukaufen und damit möglichst hohe Einsparpotentiale zu erzielen. Die Erzielung von Einsparungen durch Änderung des Sortiments steht dabei nicht im Vordergrund. Eine aktive Beratung des Einkaufsdienstleisters zur Straffung des Sortiments wird jedoch erwartet. Da die Auftraggeber zur Einhaltung des Vergaberechtes verpflichtet sind, ist Voraussetzung für eine Auftragserteilung, dass der Bieter durch die öffentliche Vergabe von Rahmenverträgen mit Lieferanten, die Auftraggeber von der Durchführung von eigenen Vergabeverfahren für Verbrauchsgüter und Pharmazieprodukte entlastet. Der Auftraggeber erwartet auch eine aktive Beratung und Begleitung bei Vergabeverfahren für Investitionsvorhaben nach VgV und UvgO.
