Predmet javnega naročila je nakup potrošnega materiala za tiskalnike, fotokopirne, telefax in MFN naprave po sklopih. Predmet javnega naročila je razdeljen na 2 sklopa, in sicer: • SKLOP A: potrošni material za tiskalnike, fotokopirne, telefax in MFN naprave znamke HP, ki zajema tonerje, kartuše in črnila • SKLOP B: potrošni material za tiskalnike, fotokopirne, telefax in MFN naprave znamke CANON in ostalih znamk, ki zajema tonerje, kartuše in črnila Ponudniki morajo naročniku ponuditi in celotno trajanje pogodbe dobavljati original tonerje, kartuše in črnila oziroma tako imenovane »white box-e« po standardih proizvajalca strojne opreme ali enakovredne (nadomestne, kompatibilne) tonerje, kartuše in črnila. V kolikor ponudnik ne ponuja original tonerjev, kartuš in črnil oziroma tako imenovanih »white box-ov« in ponuja enakovredne tonerje, kartuše in črnila, mora s ponujenimi artikli zagotoviti naročnikove kakovostne zahteve, opredeljene v točki 3.1 Dokumentacije v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila in predložiti vsa zahtevana dokazila iz točke 4.2.11 Dokumentacije v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila.
