Predmetom zákazky je zabezpečenie a rozvoj efektívnej, bezpečnej a kvalitnej pravidelnej verejnej regionálnej autobusovej dopravy a dopravnej obslužnosti Trenčianskeho samosprávneho kraja v regiónoch Považie a Horná Nitra podľa podmienok uvedených v súťažných podkladoch a ich prílohách. 1. časť predmetu zákazky – Považie (okresy Trenčín, Považská Bystrica, Púchov, Nové Mesto nad Váhom, Ilava, Myjava); 2. časť predmetu zákazky - Horná Nitra (okresy Prievidza, Partizánske, Bánovce nad Bebravou); Ponuky je možné podať na jednu ľubovoľnú časť predmetu zákazky (t. j. iba 1.časť Považie alebo iba 2. časť Horná Nitra) alebo na obe časti predmetu zákazky.
