KVK is op zoek naar een Practice Lead Product Management. Als Practice Lead ben je normaliter een meewerkend voorman, maar omdat we in de transitie zitten naar de invulling hiervan, stuur je voltijds gedurende een periode drie practices aan totdat de meewerkend voorman is gevonden. De opdracht betreft een tijdelijke inhuur voor het aansturen van de practice en is verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van de practice, met als doel dat opdrachtnemer diens specifieke expertise inzet voor complexe projecten op een ondernemende en resultaatgerichte manier te laten slagen. Hierbij worden de volgende activiteiten uitgevoerd: - Is verantwoordelijk voor testing/infrastrutuur/technisch applicatiebeheer; - Cre?ert en bewaakt hiervoor de kaders en randvoorwaarden waarbinnen de teams kunnen floreren; - Coacht en stimuleert een steile leercurve bij practice leden, zodat zij optimaal balanceren tussen vakkundige ontwikkeling en meerwaarde voor KVK; - Draagt zorg voor de ontwikkeling van het expertisegebied en heeft een voortrekkersrol in het ontwikkelen van werkstandaarden en methodologie?n (in afstemming met andere practice leads); - Cre?ert consistentie in kennis en kwaliteit tussen groups; - Stimuleert dat er in alles wat gedaan wordt, gekeken wordt gekeken naar wat dit oplevert in termen van klantwaarde; - Weegt belangen af tussen ontwikkeling van medewerkers en productiviteit in belang van KVK, waarbij de volgende resultaten opgeleverd worden: - Functionele en stabiele test- en infrastructuuromgeving met gedocumenteerde uptime en testresultaten; - Gedefinieerde en gecommuniceerde kaders en werkinstructies voor teams, inclusief periodieke evaluatie; - Opleidingsplannen en coaching met aantoonbare vaardigheidsverbetering en optimale balans tussen vakontwikkeling en klantwaarde; - Ontwikkelde en ge?mplementeerde werkstandaarden en methodologie?n, afgestemd met andere practice leads; - Consistente kennisdeling en kwaliteitsnormen tussen groepen, met meetbare verbeteringen; - Aantoonbare focus op klantwaarde in processen en projecten, ondersteund door klantfeedback; - Balansrapportages waarin medewerkerontwikkeling en productiviteit in lijn zijn met KVK-doelen. De opdracht eindigt wanneer de gevraagde resultaten opgeleverd zijn, waarbij geldt dat uitloop mogelijk is afhankelijk van de voortgang van de beschikbaarheid.
