Předmětem je provedení stavby, a to v rozsahu a podle dokumentace pro provádění stavby zpracované společností VPÚ DECO a.s., IČ 601 93 280, pod zakázkovým číslem 2-0490-00/50 (dále jen „PD“) a stavebního povolení vydaného čj. MO 102082/2025-1322 (spis. zn. 35996/2024-1322) ze dne 27. ledna 2025 vydaného Sekcí majetkovou Ministerstva obrany, Odborem ochrany územních zájmů a státního odborného dozoru, oddělením stavební úřad, které nabylo právní moci dne 17. února 2025 (dále jen „Stavební povolení“). Jednotlivé části PD jsou zpracovány ve stupni utajení: stavební objekty SO 110 a SO 111 bez utajení, u SO 110 slaboproudé systémy informační, bezpečnostní, ostatní/provozní a v objektu SO 111 venkovní SLP rozvody ve stupni utajení „Vyhrazené“.
