Předmětem VZ je provádění pravidelných servisních prohlídek, údržby, revizí, kontrol a dalších úkonů technologií klimatizačních a VZT systémů a chladicích zařízení, v rozsahu daném provozními řády jednotlivých technologických systémů, návodů výrobců, legislativou a dle platných norem ČSN EN. Požadované servisní činnosti se vztahují rovněž na související technická zařízení v majetku Agentury hospodaření s nemovitým majetkem Ministerstva obrany (rozvodů, distribučních elementů, rekuperace, systémů měření a regulace).
