Description

Le marché a pour objet le mandat de maîtrise d’œuvre urbaine du secteur Grosselin à Carouge, dans le cadre du projet Praille–Acacias–Vernets (PAV). L'équipe pluridisciplinaire sera chargée d’accompagner le développement du secteur. Les missions principales du marché sont : Consolidation du Plan-guide Grosselin Formalisation des plans localisées de quartier Grosselin Coordination architecturale, urbaine, environnementale et développement Missions complémentaires selon besoins du projet Au stade de la demande de participation, les équipes seront composées D’un urbaniste ou d’un architecte-urbaniste D’un architecte si l’urbaniste ne dispose pas de cette compétence D’un spécialiste en développement durable et environnement. Les équipes autorisées à remettre une offre devront compléter leur équipe avec les compétences suivantes : Expert programmation urbaine et activation Expert mobilités, flux et logistique L'équipe adjudicataire travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l'architecte paysagiste, déjà mandaté, en charge des espaces ouverts. Cette compétence n'est donc pas requise.
