Agency: UNDP | Reference: UNDP-MDG-00863 | Type: Request for proposal ***REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL***The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites potential firms to submit a proposal on behalf of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) in accordance with the terms of reference and requirements as set forth in this Request for Proposal. This Request for Proposal is launched to select the firm with expertise to carry out the following mission: "Final external evaluation of the Peacebuilding Project Rary Aro Madagascar 2 (RAM2)" Proposals may be submitted no later than the deadline indicated in the system, directly on the portal. It is your responsibility to ensure that your offer is submitted before the deadline. Offers received after the submission deadline outside the online portal, for any reason whatsoever, will not be considered for evaluation. Offers must be submitted directly in the Quantum supplier portal by following this link:http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org/en using the profile you may have in the portal. If you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in the guides available on the UNDP website:https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders. Do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the forgotten password function in case you do not remember the password or username from a previous registration. The proposed services will be reviewed and evaluated based on the completeness and compliance of the proposal and its responsiveness to the requirements of the Request for Proposal and all other annexes providing details on UNDP requirements. The proposal that complies with all requirements, meets all evaluation criteria, and offers the best value for money will be selected and awarded the contract. Any offer that does not meet the requirements will be rejected. Any discrepancy between the unit price and the total price will be recalculated by UNDP, and the unit price will prevail, and the total price will be corrected. If the Service Provider does not accept the final price based on the new calculation and correction of errors by UNDP, its Proposal will be rejected. The mere submission of a proposal implies that the service provider unreservedly accepts the general conditions of UNDP. Please note that UNDP is not obliged to accept any proposal, nor to award a contract or purchase order, nor to be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation and submission of a proposal by a service provider, regardless of the outcome or manner of the conduct of the selection process. The UNDP supplier protest procedure is intended to provide a recourse for individuals or companies that have not been awarded a purchase order or contract in a competitive procurement process.
