Forecourt of the House of Art and Koliště I park

The subject of the public contract is the preparation of project documentation (or project documentation), which concerns the modification of Koliště I park, including the forecourt of the House of Art, as well as the adjacent sidewalks with tree lines along Za divadlem street. The House of Art, along with its forecourt, was conceived as a house in a park and is therefore inextricably linked to the adjacent park, in accordance with the competition entry submitted by the selected participant in the competition organized by the contracting authority, and to a degree and quality that will enable the proper preparation of the construction in accordance with relevant legal regulations. The prepared project documentation will include the submission of documents regarding negotiations with state administration bodies, including verification of property-legal relations, statements, consents, or decisions of the affected state administration bodies prescribed by special legal regulations, and the incorporation of comments and decisions into the project documentation. The subject of the public contract also includes the following activities: providing cooperation by the supplier to the contracting authority in the awarding of the public contract for implementation – selection of the construction contractor (especially ensuring the preparation of responses to suppliers' requests for clarification of the tender documentation in relation to the project documentation prepared by the supplier and any subsequent additions or clarifications of the prepared project documentation); - this performance also includes ongoing professional supervision over the consistency of the implementation of the documentation for the execution of the project with the documentation for the permit of the project and over the execution of the project in accordance with the documentation for the execution of the project within the meaning of § 14 letter h) of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, as amended, performing author's supervision during the construction based on the project documentation and author's supervision; providing a license for the prepared project documentation and its material recording, for the entire duration of the protection of property rights arising from the authorship of the selected supplier.
