Description

This document outlines the terms and conditions for suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for the “Provision of Minor Building Construction and Maintenance”. Townsville City Council (Principal) seeks to engage a panel of qualified and experienced contractors to deliver minor building construction, repairs, maintenance and associated specialist building services as defined in PSA00297. The proposed contract term of this contract shall be for a period of three (3) years, commencing on the effective date. Upon mutual agreement, the contract may be extended for up to two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods.
