The anticipated contract value is approximately £750,000, with a proposed contract duration of three (3) years, with the option to extend for up to three (3) additional one-year periods at the Council's discretion. Suppliers are encouraged to provide evidence-based responses wherever possible and clearly state any assumptions made. Following submission, the Council may review responses, identify common themes and invite selected suppliers to participate in optional follow-up clarification discussions. Participation in this exercise is voluntary and does not form part of any procurement process.
