Original language: slPredmet javnega naročila je prenova prostorov laboratorija ZD Postojna, ki se nahaja v 1. nadstropju Zdravstvenega doma dr. Franca Ambrožiča Postojna, na naslovu Prečna ulica 2, 6230 Postojna, na zemljišču s parc. št. 2927/9, k.o. 2490 Postojna. Javno naročilo je razdeljeno na dva sklopa: SKLOP 1: Izvedba GOI del za prenovo prostorov laboratorija ZD Postojna SKLOP 2: Dobava in montaža pohištvene opreme za prenovljene prostore laboratorija ZD Postojna Ponudnik lahko odda ponudbo za posamezen sklop ali za oba sklopa. Naročnik bo štel, da je ponudnik oddal ponudbo za tisti sklop, za katerega bo navedel ponudbeno ceno v povzetku ponudbenega predračuna (OBR-7) in zanj predložil popis opreme oziroma popis del. Ponudnik mora ponuditi vso opremo in vse storitve iz posameznega sklopa, za katerega oddaja ponudbo.
