Transformation of the Šalek Valley district heating system – Phase 1 - Renovation of insulation and supports on the distribution network, Part 2

The subject of the public procurement is the renovation of the district heating network with a length of 5,799 m in the area of MO Velenje and the Municipality of Šoštanj. The scope of work on the pipelines includes construction and mechanical works on the following investments: • Renovation of the Podkraj - Gorica heating pipeline; section from J 5335 to J5331 with a length of 391 m. • Renovation of the Podkraj - Gorica heating pipeline; section from P10 (near J 6944) to J5328 with a length of 581 m. • Renovation of the Podkraj - Gorica heating pipeline; section from P12 (near J 5133) to J5500 with a length of 308 m. • Renovation of the Podkraj - Gorica heating pipeline; section from J5500 to J6914 with a length of 222 m. • Renovation of the connecting heating pipeline; section from J5034 to J5035 with a length of 1019 m. • Renovation of the Šalek - Selo heating pipeline; section from J6806 to J5167 with a length of 1225 m. • Renovation of the Šalek - Selo heating pipeline; section from J 6804 to J 5022 with a length of 330 m. • Renovation of the Šalek - Selo heating pipeline; section from J 5022 (outside the roundabout) to J 6733 with a length of 1021 m. • Renovation of sections of the CEP district heating network; section from J5149 to the riser above J6463 with a length of 480 m. • Renovation of sections of the CEP district heating network; section from J5092 to J5471 and J5094 to J5096 with a length of 847m. • Renovation of the Metleče branch heating (district heating) pipeline; section from J6759 to J6700 with a length of 296 m. All details related to the subject of the public procurement are evident from the technical specifications provided in the Cost Estimate Form and the project documentation. Documentation related to the award of the public procurement: • invitation to submit a bid; • tender forms; • cost estimate with technical specifications; • ESPD; • DGD documentation; • PZI documentation. The contractual basis for the execution of the subject of the procurement is based on the FIDIC RED BOOK, Conditions of Contract for Construction, intended for building and engineering works designed by the employer, 1st edition 1999, FIDIC, GZS ZSI, 1st translation into Slovenian in 2002. The contracting authority, Mestna občina Velenje, Titov trg 1, 3320 Velenje, is carrying out the public procurement in its own name and on behalf of the Municipality of Šoštanj, Trg svobode 12, 3325 Šoštanj, by authorization. The subject operation is co-financed by the Just Transition Fund.
