• Elaborate Technical Concept for extension of the existing AIS AtoNs system on the Tisza River; • Draft a project implementation plan which considers provisions of EIB GtP and PRAG; • Draft a detailed contracts management plan based upon the project implementation plan; • Prepare the tender documentation as follows: o one supplies tender dossier for supply and installation of equipment, prepared in accordance with EIB GtP and PRAG rules; o one services tender dossier for system integration, prepared in accordance with EIB GtP and PRAG rules; o one services tender dossier for supervision of the supply and install contract and for supervision of the service contract for system integration. prepared in accordance with EIB GtP and PRAG rules.
