The Government of Casanare is seeking services as a Promoter of Reading, Writing, and Orality within the Chaparral Barronegro Indigenous Reserve, which falls under the jurisdiction of the municipalities of Támara, Sácama, and Hato Corozal. The objective is to develop and execute strategies for reading mediation, writing promotion, and strengthening orality. These activities will target children, adolescents, youth, adults, and elders, aiming to preserve ancestral knowledge and promote literacy in their mother tongue. This direct contracting process for a service provision contract will last for six months. The initiative seeks to contribute to cultural preservation and educational development within the indigenous community.
