The District Financial Health Fund (Fondo Financiero Distrital de Salud - FFDS) is seeking specialized professional services, reference FFDS-CD-0033-2026, for a duration of 340 days, awarded via direct contracting. These services are to support the Sub-Directorate of Assurance Guarantee. The primary focus is on assisting with the design, implementation, management, and monitoring of the operationalization and/or implementation of the 'extramural domiciliary hospitalization' program, within the framework of the 'Modelo Más Bienestar' (Better Well-being Model). This initiative aims to expand healthcare services beyond traditional hospital settings, bringing care directly to patients' homes. The professionals will contribute to structuring this program, ensuring its effective rollout, and overseeing its ongoing management and performance. The FFDS requires this expertise to enhance healthcare accessibility and quality for citizens in Bogotá.
