Original language: FrenchIl s'agit d'un marché de services ayant pour objet la fourniture de prestations de restauration collective, en liaison chaude, pour les besoins de la commune de Pierrelaye. Les prestations portent notamment sur la restauration des enfants des écoles maternelles et élémentaires, des accueils de loisirs, du multi-accueil, ainsi que des adultes et des séniors, dans les conditions définies au Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières. Le marché comprend notamment : - l'approvisionnement en denrées alimentaires ; - la confection des repas et goûters ; - le transport en liaison chaude ; - la distribution des repas ; - les prestations de service, de nettoyage courant et d'exploitation prévues au CCTP ; - les prestations particulières prévues au CCTP, notamment les goûters, les pique-niques, les repas végétariens et les prestations adaptées aux différents publics. L'offre de base porte sur un repas à 4 composantes. Les candidats devront obligatoirement chiffrer les prestations supplémentaires éventuelles prévues au présent règlement de consultation, relatives à l'ajout d'un 5e composant et, le cas échéant, d'un 6e composant.
