La part ferme et forfaitaire, d’une durée de 24 mois, se décompose en 6 missions comme suit : • Mission N°1 : Gestion du parc électromécanique, • Mission N°2 : Gestion des travaux d’entretien, gestion des travaux neufs et gestion / assistance aux contrôles réglementaires, • Mission N°3 : Gestion/ suivi des travaux de mise en conformité liés aux contrôles réglementaires, • Mission N°4 : Gestion / tenue à jour des dossiers techniques de l’Installation, • Mission N°5 : Gestion des équipements techniques (parc électromécanique, réseaux fluides, postes HT/BT, systèmes de protection / détection / sonorisation…), • Mission N°6 : Gestion des équipements de sécurité. 3 options sont définies dans le cadre de ce Marché (1-2-3) et sont relatives à la reconduction des prestations de la tranche ferme. Chaque option de reconduction sera levée de façon unilatérale par le CEA par courrier recommandé avec avis de réception avec un préavis de 2 (deux) mois avant la date de prise d’effet.
