Les prestations objet du marché portent sur la surveillance, le gardiennage et la mise en sécurité des locaux suivants : - le siège d'ARTE GEIE, un bâtiment de 3 étages, composé de 8 500 m2 environ de surface utile et de 3 500m2 environ de surface utile de bureaux (ERP catégorie 2, type LNWY), - un parking souterrain d'environ 120 places, - un parking extérieur d'environ 200 places, - deux bâtiments installés à proximité du siège: un local annexe d'environ 100 m2, regroupant le TGBT et le groupe électrogène, et un bâtiment sur 2 étages d'environ 100 m2 raccordé au système de sécurité incendie et d'anti-intrusion du bâtiment principal. Par ailleurs, dans le cadre de certaines manifestations ponctuelles, l'intervention de personnel SSIAP est demandée.
