Le marché a pour objet a la réalisation de prestations de formation à la conduite en sécurité d'engins de chantier, de levage et de manutention, conduisant à la délivrance ou au renouvellement des certificats d'aptitude à la conduite en sécurité (CACES), au profit des agents de l'Etablissement public territorial du Grand Paris Seine Ouest. Conformément aux articles L.2113-10 et L.2113-11 du Code de la commande publique, l'acheteur a examiné la possibilité de décomposer le marché en lots séparés. Toutefois, il a été décidé de ne pas allotir le présent marché dès lors que les prestations de formation objet du marché constituent un ensemble homogène nécessitant une coordination pédagogique, administrative et logistique unique afin de garantir une gestion simplifiée des inscriptions, une planification cohérente des sessions de formation et une uniformité des modalités d'évaluation et de certification. Le présent marché est conclu sous la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire, exécuté conformément aux articles R.2162-1 à R.2162-6 et R.2162-13 à R.2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il est conclu à prix unitaires et exécuté au moyen de bons de commande émis au fur et à mesure de la survenance des besoins.
