Prestations de tierce maintenance applicative (TMA) du système informatique GIPS (composé de plusieurs applications) dédiée à la gestion du patrimoine mobilier et immobilier des différents sites de la DAM, incluant son maintien en conditions opérationnelles (MCO) et de sécurité (MCS) et permettant ses évolutions. Les prestations principales attendues sont les suivantes : - Management de la prestation; - Maintenance préventive et corrective des applications du système GIPS : -Maintien en conditions opérationnelles (MCO) et de sécurité (MCS) permettant de garantir le bon fonctionnement de l'application GIPS, - Maintenance technique et évolutive des applications du système GIPS, - Expertise, par exemple : audit de contenu et de l'usage de GIPS, audit de certains traitements et établissement de suggestions, production d'études sur la pérennité des données et fichiers joints dans GIPS, - Formation des salariés CEA utilisateurs de GIPS, exemple : présentation des briques applicatives, des gestes métiers, manipulation du système informatique GIPS, formation sur l'application GMAO (Gestion de Maintenance Assistée par Ordinateur).
