Predmet javnega naročila je prevzem, prevoz in obdelava v obratu za obdelavo cca. 270 ton različnih vrst nenevarnih odpadkov, in sicer: - cca. 160 ton odpadne polietilenske folije, poliamida, plastike, različnih plastičnih ostankov proizvodnje s št. odpadka 07 02 13; - cca. 80 ton odpadne plastične embalaže s št. odpadka 15 01 02; - cca. 10 ton različnih plastičnih delov avtomobilov s št. odpadka 16 01 19 in - cca. 20 ton odpadnih kovin in delov mobilnih strojev s št. 20 01 40, 16 01 17 in 16 01 18. Javno naročilo zajema: (1.) prevzem odpadkov iz lokacije iz lokacije in tehtanje odpadkov na lokaciji prevzema odpadkov najbližji certificirani tehtnici; (2.) prevoz odpadkov iz lokacij do obrata/-ov za obdelavo, kjer se odpadki oddajo v obdelavo, v skladu s predpisi, ki urejajo ravnanje z odpadki; (3.) snovna obdelava odpadkov v obratu/-ih za obdelavo po ustreznem postopku obdelave, katerega rezultat je prenehanje statusa odpadkov oziroma drug ustrezen postopek končne obdelave (npr. energetska obdelava) iz Priloge 1 oziroma 2 Uredbe o odpadkih (Ur. l.
