Predmet nabave je usluga prijevoza učenika osnovnih škola za školsku godinu 2026./2027., u svemu sukladno tehničkim karakteristikama i ostalim traženim uvjetima naznačenima u ovoj DON te Troškovniku koji se nalazi u prilogu DON i čini sastavni dio iste. Detaljan opis predmeta nabave utvrđen je u Troškovniku koji je prilog ove DON. Vremena iskazana u troškovniku podložna su promjeni zbog drugačijeg rasporeda sati pojedine škole, te će o eventualnim izmjenama vremena dovoza i odvoza učenika iz škole na vrijeme biti obaviješten odabrani Ponuditelj. Stvarna nabavljena količina usluga na temelju sklopljenog Ugovora može biti veća ili manja od okvirne količine. U Troškovniku ove DON navedene su okvirne količine za školsku godinu 2026./2027. i to, kako slijedi: od 07.09.2026. do 09.07.2027., a stvarna količina može biti veća ili manja od predviđene količine te ovisi o broju dana nastavne godine u razdoblju za koje se sklapa ugovor.
