Original language: slNaročnik namerava izvesti javni natečaj za izbiro strokovno najprimernejše rešitve za Sončni park, in sicer kot natečaj z nagradami ali plačili udeležencem v skladu z b alinejo prvega odstavka 100. člena Zakona o javnem naročanju (Uradni list RS, št. 91/15, 14/18, 121/21, 10/22, 74/22 – odl. US, 100/22 – ZNUZSZS, 28/23, 88/23 – ZOPNN-F in 83/25 - ZOUL; v nadaljnjem besedilu: ZJN-3), ob upoštevanju določb Pravilnika o javnih natečajih za izbiro strokovno najprimernejših rešitev prostorskih ureditev in objektov (Uradni list RS, št. 108/04, 114/06 – ZUE, 33/07 – ZPNačrt, 57/12 – ZGO-1D, 61/17 – GZ, 61/17 – ZUreP-2 in 199/21 – ZUreP-3; v nadaljnjem besedilu: Pravilnik o javnih natečajih). Po vsebini gre za javni urbanistični natečaj. Naročnik bo na podlagi četrtega odstavka 46. člena ZJN-3 in v skladu z razpisanimi natečajnimi pogoji naknadno oddal javno naročilo storitev izdelave projektne dokumentacije po postopku s pogajanji brez predhodne objave.
