Javno naročilo zajema pripravo okoljskega poročila za namen izvedbe celovite presoje vplivov na okolje (CPVO). Predmet naročila je tudi priprava dodatka za presojo sprejemljivosti vplivov plana na varovana območja v skladu z veljavnimi predpisi, morebitne dopolnitve okoljskega poročila skladno z zahtevami ministrstev pristojnih za okolje in prostor ter ostalih nosilcev urejanja prostora, predstavitev okoljskega poročila na javni obravnavi in sodelovanje pri pripravi stališč do pripomb, ki se nanašajo na CPVO in dopolnitev okoljskega poročila po javni razgrnitvi.
