Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky je provedení stavebních prací dle této zadávací dokumentace a jejích příloh v rámci realizace projektu „Přístaviště Uherský Ostroh“. Účelem předmětu veřejné zakázky je realizace přístaviště pro 2–4 plavidla o výtlaku 12–120 t, do maximální velikosti plavidla 20 x 5 x 1,2 m, tj. pevná přístavní hrana užitné délky 45 m. Navržené přístaviště zajistí veřejnou přístavní infrastrukturu pro rekreační plavbu v lokalitě města Uherský Ostroh na řece Moravě.
