De gemeente Waalwijk zoekt een proactieve senior privaatjurist die aan de slag gaat met het opstellen en uitonderhandelen van overeenkomsten, het adviseren van diverse afdelingen en het aanpakken van juridische uitdagingen. In deze rol ben je de schakel tussen juridische expertise en praktische oplossingen voor de gemeente. Je komt te werken in een team met 2 andere privaatjuristen en werkt aan verschillende mooie en diverse projecten. Denk hierbij aan de uitbereiding van een groot bedrijventerrein, diverse woningbouwprojecten, mobiliteitshubs, windmolenparken en de ontwikkeling van 2 havens. Doordat deze projecten parallel starten wordt de capaciteit van de privaatjuristen tijdelijke uitgebreid. Als senior privaatjurist bent u verantwoordelijk voor de volgende werkzaamheden: Het opstellen, onderhandelen van verschillende (concept) overeenkomst, zoals koop- en huurcontracten, intentie/samenwerkingsovereenkomst, anterieure overeenkomsten, erfpachtovereenkomsten, vestiging van erfdienstbaarheden en het beoordelen van aktes;Onderhandelingen met marktpartijen bij geschillen over contracten en zakelijke rechten;Voorbereiden en begeleiden van gerechtelijke procedures met de huisadvocaat;Adviseren van planeconomen, projectleiders, bestuur en management over juridische kwesties;Het sluiten van privaatrechtelijke overeenkomsten rondom het thema '(wind)energie'
