Als procesbegeleider help jij onze klantmanagers, werkcoaches en beleidsadviseurs om deze nieuwe werkwijze te vertalen naar de praktijk. Je bent een aanjager van verandering, een bruggenbouwer tussen beleid en uitvoering, en een coach voor teams in transitie. Wat ga je doen? ? Begeleiden van uitvoeringsteams bij activering, talentontwikkeling en maatwerk. ? Organiseren van werksessies, intervisie en leerkringen. ? Vertalen van beleidsambities naar werkbare processen. ? Signaleren van knelpunten en inspelen op weerstand. ? Adviseren over veranderkundige aspecten. ? Zorgen voor afstemming met ketenpartners zoals Afeer en Sociaal Werk Oldambt.
