1. The Republic of Tajikistan received Grant from the International Development Association for the implementation of the Project "Strengthening Resilience of the Agriculture Sector" and intends to use part of the funds for payments under the contract for the Procurement and installation of 18 GPS navigators on agricultural machinery and vehicles of the State Institution "Plant Protection and Agricultural Chemicalization".

2. The State Institution “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” Project Management Unit (SI “AED” PMU) hereby invites the eligible bidder to submit their bids for the Procurement and installation of 18 GPS navigators on agricultural machinery and vehicles of the State Institution "Plant Protection and Agricultural Chemicalization".

3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive procurement using a Request for Quotation (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 revised September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. All interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the State Institute “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” Project Management Unit (AED PMU) and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at E-mail: procurement.srasp@gmail.com as well as at the address given below.

5. All interested Bidders can obtain a copy of the RFQ which contains detailed instructions for preparation of the quotation in Russian by submitting an official letter to the address below or through email. The RFQ can also be obtained from the office of AED PMU located at the address below or through the email procurement.srasp@gmail.com.

6. Bidders shall submit their quotation in hard copy and must deliver to the address below on or before August 10, 2026, 10:00 am. Late offers will be rejected.
