55 Schools implementing digital skills goods to be delivered immediately after the award based on the schedule as provided in this bidding document.
30 Schools under construction to be delivered in the next 14months.

- The Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank through the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of the Adolescent Girls’ Initiative for Learning and Empowerment Project (AGILE) and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the Contract for the Procurement and installation of Solar light for 85 Schools in Nasarawa State.
- The Nasarawa State Adolescent Girls’ Initiative for Learning and Empowerment
Project (AGILE) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the procurement of the
following:
- Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” 7th Edition, September 2025 available on www.worldbank.org/procure and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
- Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Nasarawa State AGILE Project Implementation Unit and inspect the bidding document during office hours [9.00 am to 4.00 pm Mondays to Fridays, except on public holidays] at the address given below.
- The1 bidding document in the English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 80,000. The method of payment will be through Cash or Bank Draft in favour of the Nasarawa State AGILE Project. The Bid fee account as detailed below. The bidding document can be collected by the bidder or bidder's representative at SPIU Office.

- Bids must be delivered to the address below not later than 12:00 noon local time on or before 18TH AUGUST ,2026. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidder or Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 18TH AUGUST, 2026 at 12:00 noon local time.
- All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid-Security”.
- Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
