Procuring Entity: General Manager, Administration Division, Bangladesh Petroleum Exploration & Production Company Limited (BAPEX). 3D Seismic Data Processing System with Software, Hardware to process 1450 Sq Km Seismic data. • Installation and Commissioning: Software, Hardware must be setup, installed, start-up & commissioned for minimum 15 Working Days in BAPEX premises by suppliers own Expert/ Engineers. All cost for Expert/ Engineers will be on Suppliers Account. • Work Association: 7 (Seven) man-month work association by Trainers/ Experts is for transferring knowledge to familiar with advanced installation, configuration and troubleshooting of data processing system, also with interactive applications, tools and 3D Data Processing procedure on BAPEX acquired 3D Seismic Data. Procurement Method: ICT One Stage & Two envelope Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Own Funds Own Funds. Eligibility Requirements: • The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 7 (Seven) years. • The minimum specific experience as Supplier in the supply of similar Goods of at least 2 (two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 7 (seven) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 30,75,00,000 or 2.5 million USD or of equivalent in any other currency. • The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods are: 1300 CPU/GPU core of main processing software platform. • The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 36,90,00,000 or 3,000,000 USD. • The Tenderer or Supplier from the Countries which do not have diplomatic relationship with Bangladesh are not eligible..
