This Terms of Reference (ToR) is aimed at the procurement of an Event Organiser to support the planning, coordination, management, and delivery of the 11th GEF Biennial International Waters Conference (IWC11), including the Pre-Conference Workshops, conference sessions, exhibition area, Film Festival, technical field trips, Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner support services, participant registration, logistics, technical production, branding, transportation, and all related operational activities required for the successful implementation of the event.The selected Event Organiser shall work in close coordination with UNESCO, the IWC11 Organising Committee, The Anvaya Beach Resort Bali, sponsors, suppliers, government authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure the efficient delivery of all event components and a high-quality participant experience.More information about GEF IW:LEARN and the International Waters Conferences is available at:GEF IW:LEARN โ International Waters ConferencesThe overall format and structure of IWC11 are expected to closely mirror those of the 10th GEF Biennial International Waters Conference (IWC10), while incorporating enhancements and adaptations appropriate to the Bali context and the specific requirements of the 2026 edition.
