Procurement Method: ICT One Stage & Two envelope Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Development Budget GOB. Eligibility Requirements: Manufacturer: I. Manufacturer must have valid API 11D1V0 & API/ ISO relevant certificate. II. Manufacturer must submit API certificate of last 10 years. III. Manufacturer shall have overall 10 years’ experience of manufacturing. IV. Manufacturer must have 10 years’ experience of similar materials manufacturing and must have 08 years proven sales record to IOC companies other than the Manufacture’s Country of Origin and also submitted at least 03 end-user certificate. V. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supply of similar Goods of at least four (4) contracts successfully completed within the last six (6) years out of which three (3) must be in other than the country of origin, each with a value of at least the amount described in the Tender document. VI. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility for the amount described as in the Tender document. VII. Relevant product Catalogue and brochure, Liner Hanger & Setting Tool user/operational manual, Drawing design must be submitted with tender (one soft copy) and any other criteria stated in the Tender Document. Supplier: I. Supplier must have relevant valid Registration/License of Firm. Submit also manufacturer authorization. II. Supplier must be an Internationally Reputed Supplier at Supply of Drilling & Work Over Related Miscellaneous Materials, Spare parts & Rig Consumables products. III. Supplier must have 8 years’ experience of Supply Drilling & Work Over Related Miscellaneous Materials, Spare parts & Rig Consumables products. IV. Supplier must have 8 years’ experience of similar materials Supply and must have 6 years proven sales record to IOC Internationally Reputed companies other than the Supplier Country of Origin and also submitted at least 03 end-user certificate..
