3 Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers (“procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulation.
4 Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from LLRP, Regional Project Coordination Unit, Bashir Hassan with the email: bashirhaji173@gmail.com and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 8:00am–5:00PM at the address of LLRP, Somali Regional Coordination Unit Office given below.
5 A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 5500Birr (One Thousand Five Hundred Birr Only). The method of payment will be cash. The document should be hand delivered to the LLRP Regional office.
6 Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before October 23, 2026.14:00PM Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on October 23, 2026 at 14:30 PM local time.
7 All bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” OF ETB 300, 000 (Three Hundred Thousand Birr Only). and The bid security is valid for 90 days after the bid opening date
