Specific Procurement Notice Date: 22nd September 2026 Name of Country: Nigeria Name of Project: Blueprint-ICT-Dev Project IFB No: NG-NUC-ICT-Dev-NC-003-2026 1. The National Universities Commission has received funds from the Agence Française de Développement towards the cost of Blueprint’s Information and Communications Technology Development (Blueprint-ICT-Dev) Project. It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the Procurement of ICT Hardware, Software, Peripherals and Office Furniture for the Blueprint-ICT-Development Project. 2. The National Universities Commission now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of ICT Hardware, Software, Peripherals and Office Furniture for the Blueprint-ICT-Dev Project. Lot 1 (“the Non-Consulting Services”). 3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of the Project Coordinator, National Universities Commission at 26, Aguiyi Ironsi Street, Maitama, Abuja, Tel: +234 802 122 5843, [email protected] & [email protected] . Bidding Documents may be inspected between the hours of 0900 and 1700 hours. 4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the addresses indicated above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One hundred thousand Naira (N100,000.00) via Remita by generating a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) in favour of the National Universities Commission. Access will be provided to enable bidders to download the Bidding document upon confirmation of payment via the provided email of the bidder. 5. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the Agence Française de Développement’s Bidding Documents for Procurement of Non-Consulting Services. 6. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 12:00 pm on 17th November 2026 and must be accompanied by Bid Securities as follows: Lot 1: Forty-one thousand five hundred Euros (€41,500.00) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency Lot 2: Six thousand one hundred Euros (€6,100.00) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency Lot 3: One thousand four hundred Euros (€1,400.00) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency Lot 4: Seven thousand Euros (€7,000.00) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. Late bids will be rejected. 7.
