1. The Republic of Tajikistan Recipient has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Tajikistan Millati Solim Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of: L1-Medical Equipment; L2- Medical Instruments; and L3-Laboratory Supplies for 1 CHC and 21 RHCs and for 157 facilities in Bokhtar & Norak cities, Dangara, Baljuvon, Levakant, Temurmalik, Shahrinav, Sangvor, Rushon and Roshtqala districts.
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of: L1-Medical Equipment; L2- Medical Instruments; and L3-Laboratory Supplies for 1 CHC and 21 RHCs and for 157 facilities in Bokhtar & Norak cities, Dangara, Baljuvon, Levakant, Temurmalik, Shahrinav, Sangvor, Rushon and Roshtqala districts.
2. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, revised September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and in accordance with the World Bank Anti-Corruption Guidelines (ACG) (July 2016), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Project’s Technical Support Group under the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan (MOHSP), zumrat@millatisolim.tj, najibullo@millatisolim.tj and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 08-00 to 17-00 at the address given below.
4. The bidding document in Russian may be obtained by interested eligible Bidders upon submission of a formal written request on the company's official letterhead to the address indicated below. The document will be sent electronically in PDF format.
5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before July 30, 2026 at 15-00 p.m. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on July 30, 2026 at 15-00 p.m.
6. All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of: Lot 1 – TJS 173 800.00 or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency; Lot 2 – TJS 64 600.00 or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency and Lot 3 – TJS 10 900.00 or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
