- The Federal Board of Revenue, Pakistan now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of Microsoft Software for FBR Data Centers.
- Bidders may submit Bids for one or more Lots of the above. Each Lot shall be evaluated independently. Bidders shall quote for 100% of the requirements of the respective Lot(s). Partial bids for incomplete quantities within a Lot shall not be permitted.
- Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bankās āProcurement Regulations for IPF Borrowersā Fifth Edition September 2023 (āProcurement Regulationsā) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
- Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from asst.procsp.po@fbr.gov.pk and inspect the bidding document during office hours 10:00 AM ā 3:00 PM (Business Days) at the address given below, at least three (03) days before the bid submission deadline.
- The bidding document in English may be downloaded from www.fbr.gov.pk/tenders without any fee(s)/ charge(s).
- A Pre-Bid Meeting shall be held on 25th May 2026 at 11:30 hours (PST) in FBR House, Constitution Avenue, Islamabad to address any queries of the interested bidders. Further details regarding the Pre-Bid Meeting are provided in the Request for Bids (RFB) document.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11:30 AM dated 08th June 2026. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Biddersā designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 08th June 2026 immediately after the bid submission deadline.
- All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security (ies) in shape of āPay Order/ Demand Draft/ Call Deposit Receiptā or āBank Guaranteeā, issued by a scheduled Bank located in Pakistan, as per the details/ requirements given at the respective section(s)/ clause(s), or the equivalent amount in any freely convertible currency, of the respective and corresponding Lot or Lots
- Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidderās beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
