Description
REQUEST FOR BIDS 1. SMEDA invites electronic bids from eligible Bidders, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department for provision of Security Services for SMEDA Head Office, Lahore. 2. E-Bidding documents, as per regulations, containing detailed terms & conditions, and requirements etc. are available for registered bidders on E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk, www.smeda.org and www.ppra.gov.pk.
3. The electronic bids must be submitted by using EPADS on or before 02:00 PM on August 11, 2026. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM on www.eprocure.gov.pk. 4. Single Stage One Envelop (SSOE) Method of Procurement in terms of Clause 36(a) will be used in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, Regulations and Instructions issued by the Authority (from time to time).
5. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. 6. In terms of Rules 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004 Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for the subject procurement and notification copy is available on EPADS at (www.eprocure.gov.pk), procuring agency’s website (www.smeda.org) and on Authority’s website at (www.ppra.org.pk).
