Procurement of Spare Parts of various model cars, jeep, microbus, minibus, pickup, motorcycle etc. and other Items (Tire, battery, hardware, air-conditioning, electrical, welding, CNG, machine works repairing, tailoring, etc. for Government Motor Vehicle Workshop through Framework Agreement for 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 in 36 packages comprising a total of 98 lots. Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Non_Development GOB. Eligibility Requirements: Technical (Details mentioned in the Tender Document):
1. The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3 (three) years.
2. The minimum specific experience of satisfactory completion certificate as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1 (One) contract supported with notification of award / work order successfully completed within the last 3 (three) years (not before 2022), with a value of at least Tk. 10,00,000.00 (Taka Ten Lac) only.
3. The minimum amount of credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 50,000.00 (Taka Fifty Thousand) only for each Lot. The above condition is applicable for all the lots. (If a bidder participates in more than one lot of the same package or different packages then his equalled credit line(s) shall have to be more than the minimum amount required for the participating lots combined together.)

The tenderer must have shown room / retail shop for selling spare parts of motor vehicles in the case of quoting package no-1-34 and the tenderer must have shown room / retail shop for selling Battery & Tires in the case of quoting package no- 35 and 36..
