Nav Vest-Viken shall procure the basic Norwegian labour market measure (group courses) for participants who shall achieve level A1. The aim of the course is to strengthen participants ́ Norwegian skills, with particular emphasis on oral skills in order to increase the possibilities for work, or utilise other initiatives on the way to work.
