The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has received Credit from the International Development Association (IDA) of the World Bank Group for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Integrated Tourism Development Project (KITE) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of Upgrade Equipment for Enhanced Tourist Experience and Improved Site Management (Walkthrough Gates) at Jamal Ghari, TakhtiBahi, Bhamala, Saidu Sharif Stupa, and Akra Mound through this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
The Project Management Unit (PMU) for the KITE Project invites sealed Quotations from eligible Bidders/Contractors/Firms for the Procurement of Upgrade Equipment for Enhanced Tourist Experience and Improved Site Management (Walkthrough Gates) at Jamal Ghari, TakhtiBahi, Bhamala, Saidu Sharif Stupa, and Akra Mound.
The Procurement will be carried out under the Request for Quotation (RFQ) method set out in the World Bank Procurement Regulations (Procurement in Investment Project Financing, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services. July 2016 (Revised November 2017 & August 2018) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
Interested eligible Bidders/Contractors/Firms may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below.

Quotations must be delivered to the office address given below by or before 1400 hours on July 20, 2026, and must be accompanied by a bid security in favor of the Project Director, PMU KITE DoT PKR. 500,000 in the form of an irrevocable unconditional Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan, a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), or a Pay order.
The interested Bidders/Contractors/firms are requested to quote their best and final prices, including all admissible taxes, as no negotiations will be allowed at a later stage.
